南韓總統朴槿惠遭國會彈劾後風波持續，執政黨新世界黨(Saenuri Party)今天(21日)陷入分裂危機，而這勢必將2017年菜預購宅配推薦削弱新世界黨在總統大選勝選的機會。

超過30位不滿朴槿惠的新世界黨國會議員今天表示將退黨。他們指控，儘管有貪污醜聞和彈劾危機，新世界黨現在的領導人仍拒絕改革。

著名的國會議員余承敏(Yoo Seung-min)告訴記者：「我們已經達成結論，想要透過新世界黨完成改革行動，已經是不可能的事。」

新世界黨的分裂，將使聯合國秘書長潘基文回國參選總統的事情複雜化。一般認為，將在12月31日卸任聯合國秘書長的潘基文，將回南韓，代表新世界黨投入總統選戰。

在國會9日進行的表決中，因為部份新世界黨議員倒戈才使彈劾案得以通過，新世界黨的對立更形加深。35名新世界黨國會議員已經決定，將在12月27日正式退黨。他們並表示，將說服更多議員加入他們的行動。

南韓國會共300席，35位黨籍議員集體退黨行動將使新世界黨只剩下約90席，淪為第二大黨，席次輸給自由派的共同民主黨(Democratic Party)。
